How do I trade-in my old device and save on my new Galaxy?There are two ways where you can apply for trade-in:
1. On the product buy page, choose trade-in ""Yes, please"" before proceeding to cart.
2. Add to cart the item you wish to purchase, you can avail the trade-in option in the checkout page.

Can I cancel my order and still keep the promotional benefits?If your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, you can cancel it through the self-service ""Cancel Order"" button available in your Orders page. But if it has already reached ""Awaiting dispatch"" status, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Upon cancelling your order, you relinquish the item you ordered, including all discounts, perks, and promos that have been applied to it.
Promo Mechanics
Customers who pre-order from the Samsung.com/ph or Shop App and applied or used their Samsung Rewards as partial payment upon checkout will receive an additional Rewards Boost discount – up to 4x discount with maximum of ₱4,000.
1. Customers must be enrolled in the Rewards Program with a valid Samsung Account ID. Conditions that must satisfy for a customer to be eligible for Rewards Boost Discount are:
- Customer has Samsung Reward Points
- Customer must use their Samsung Reward points for payment to be eligible for Rewards Boost
- Customer must use minimum 10 points to be eligible for Rewards Boost
2. Rewards boost value will only apply when they pre-order the Galaxy S26 series device or new Galaxy Buds4 on Samsung.com/ph or Shop App as table below.

5. Rewards boost additional discount will be added automatically upon checkout.
6. Points are strictly not transferable and not for sale.
7. Promo may be combined with other pre-order promotions and special payment deals, unless otherwise stated.
8. The final purchase amount must be at least ₱1 after applying all discounts.
